All in all not a bad 32nd birthday, champagne in business class of 767-300, homemade cookies and wine galore! So the 9 hour flight didn't turn out to be too bad, especially since we didn't have to pay a penny for it (Daire mentioned to one of the cabin crew that it was my b-day).
There was one hairy moment when we thought that Daire's luggage hadn't arrived in Toronto but all fears were soon subsided once it appeared last and lonely on the conveyor belt.
A day trip in downtown Toronto was calling to alleviate some of the pain of the 9 hour wait in between our flight from Dublin and our flight to Florida.
An air show of immense skill greeted us on our bus into downtown Toronto. After a couple of photos in front of the CN Tower Daire funnily enough found an indoor baseball game (New York Yankees and Toronto Blue Jays), into which we ventured.
Back to the airport after a few hours in Toronto and our next flight left at 9pm for Orlando, exhausted and half-dead we arrived into our hotel in Orlando at mid-night.
